ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are an established Burger King and Arby's franchise organization seeking a proven multi-unit restaurant leader to join our leadership team.
This opportunity is ideal for a high-performing Director of Operations, Area Coach, District Manager, or multi-unit leader with a track record of operational excellence, strong financial performance, and successful people development.
We are looking for a leader who consistently delivers results, develops strong management teams, and drives business performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience required
• Burger King and/or Arby's experience strongly preferred
• Proven success achieving operational metrics above franchise system averages
• Demonstrated ability to improve profitability, sales, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
• Successful track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining management talent
• Experience building succession plans and leadership bench strength
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, coach, and develop District Managers and General Managers
• Drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction across all restaurants
• Improve financial performance and profitability
• Ensure execution of brand standards, food safety, and operational procedures
