It includes Manchester Memorial Hospital, a 249-bed community hospital, Rockville General, a campus of Manchester Memorial Hospital, a 102-bed facility, a large multispecialty provider group and visiting nurse services. Serves as a vital frontline team member, partnering with the Charge Nurse to help lead unit operations, maintain order in a fast-paced environment, and support exceptional patient care. Performs clerical and administrative duties, manages medical records and physician orders, and helps ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and a structured therapeutic milieu. Qualifications

· A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with some knowledge of medical terminology. · Must be trained in de-escalation techniques.
