Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. This role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations. The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a critical leadership role in coordinating resident care and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
  • Provide guidance to nursing staff, including CNAs and other healthcare personnel.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor resident conditions, assess health status, and document changes in medical records.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing services provided.
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Qualifications:
  • Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska.
  • Certifications: CPR/BLS certification required.
