Job description

Floater Position

Renhill Group is currently looking for a dedicated compassionate individual who is committed to student learning and success to work on a long-term, daily basis as a Floater for the Educational Service Center of the Western Reserve (ESCWR) for the duration of the 2026-2027 school year.

Floater must be willing and able to travel to the various programs and sites operated by the ESCWR, Preschool through High School:

  • Berkshire Local Schools - Preschool
  • Broadmoor School - Developmental Disabilities
  • Riverside Local Schools - SAIL Program (Autism)

Floaters play a vital role in the educational process. They are responsible for creating and maintaining a classroom environment that is effective, safe, and conducive to learning and have the unique ability to teach with a rapidly changing classroom population of various skills and progress levels.

Minimum requirements:

  • Ohio Teaching License/Substitute Teaching License
  • BCI & FBI background checks
    • Dated within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education
