Every day brings new challenges, new technology, and opportunities to expand your skills.We offer competitive pay of $24 to $32 per hour, with higher earning potential for experienced technicians who bring advanced diagnostic skills, hydraulic experience, OEM certifications, or multiple years of dealership experience.Benefits Include:Medical InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) with company participationPaid Time OffEmployee DiscountsOngoing factory training and certification opportunitiesModern shop with professional equipmentMonday thru Friday scheduleNo nights or SundaysWhat You'll DoAs an Outdoor Power Equipment Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, service, and maintain a wide range of equipment, including:Zero turn and riding lawn mowersCompact tractorsUtility vehicles (UTVs)ATVsChainsaws, trimmers, and handheld equipmentSnow blowersSnow plows and hydraulic snow removal systemsHydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, hoses, and control systemsSmall engines, EFI systems, electrical systems, and drivetrains Your day may include:Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fuel system issuesPerforming preventative maintenance and scheduled servicesRepairing engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, and PTO systemsTroubleshooting hydraulic systems on snow plows and outdoor equipmentUsing diagnostic software and service manualsCompleting repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality workmanshipCommunicating repair recommendations with service advisorsPerforming final inspections to ensure equipment is ready for the customerEvery day offers new challenges, different equipment, and opportunities to sharpen your technical skills.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for technicians who take pride in their work and enjoy solving mechanical problems.Ideal candidates will have experience with:Outdoor power equipment repairSmall engines (2-cycle and 4-cycle)Electrical diagnosticsHydraulic systems and hydraulic troubleshootingSnow plow installation and repairFuel injection systemsReading wiring diagrams and service manualsPreventative maintenance and equipment inspections Preferred qualifications include:Previous dealership or repair shop experienceOEM certifications (Kawasaki, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, Honda, Kubota, Toro, Cub Cadet, Bad Boy, Hustler, Grasshopper, or similar)Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentValid driver's licenseFull set of basic toolsWhy Outdoor Equipment CoWe're building a service department that values skilled technicians.
