Job Overview:
FOCUSPOINT is seeking several Implementation Coordinators for one of our healthcare clients. This is a unique, entry-level opportunity for individuals with experience in implementation and a strong understanding of EMR systems. The role involves travel and direct interaction with clinical teams to support the implementation and adoption of case management technology across multiple facilities.

This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, collaborative, flexible to travel, and eager to grow their career in healthcare technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with implementation of hospital case management software.

  • Support clinical staff with system access, usage, and training.

  • Troubleshoot and escalate system issues during go-live.

  • Coordinate pre-implementation preparation and on-site support.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and facility leadership.

  • Travel weekly outside of Tennessee for implementation waves (1–2 weeks at a time).


Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in implementation or technical onboarding.

  • Basic knowledge of EMR systems (e.g., Meditech, Cerner, Epic).

  • Healthcare certification (LPN, EMT, etc.) is helpful but not required.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be local to the Nashville area and flexible to travel frequently.

  • Flu vaccination required or mask mandate from Nov 30 – Mar 31.
