Job description

Join Our Team as an Adult Psychiatrist

Our organization is looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist to become a part of our dedicated team at the Behavioral Medicine Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inpatient rounds and address acute psychiatric concerns, either independently or in collaboration with residents and/or nurse practitioners.
  • Respond to calls and assist psychiatric residents in managing cases.
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide supervision or consultation to residents and/or nurse practitioners when they are present.

Responsibilities may be carried out independently or in partnership with Nurse Practitioners. In a training environment, you may also engage with residents and/or students when available.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base compensation for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on years of experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to the specific compensation plans of the department. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
