Descripción General del Puesto:
El Portero de Oficinas es responsable de mantener la limpieza en las áreas comunes de los sitios asignados. Sus funciones incluyen el mantenimiento general, como lavado a presión, limpieza de ventanas, recolección de basura y tareas de limpieza rutinarias. El portero también apoya en la preparación y limpieza de eventos cuando sea necesario y responde a las inquietudes de limpieza conforme surgen. Responsabilidades:

  • Ayuda con la preparación y el desmontaje de eventos o reuniones públicas cuando se requiera.
  • Supervisa el inventario de suministros de limpieza y garantiza el uso seguro y adecuado de los productos químicos.
  • Notifica a la gerencia sobre cualquier situación que requiera su atención.
  • Sigue con precisión todos los horarios y listas de verificación de limpieza.
  • Comprende y cumple con los procedimientos y calendarios de limpieza.
  • Documenta y reporta cualquier riesgo de seguridad, problema de mantenimiento o daño.
  • Mantiene un ambiente de trabajo seguro, limpio y ordenado siguiendo los estándares y procedimientos establecidos.
  • Asiste a reuniones de equipo que impacten las operaciones de limpieza.

  • Atiende y resuelve de manera oportuna las inquietudes de limpieza con un servicio de primera clase, de acuerdo con las directrices establecidas por el Equipo Ejecutivo de Gestión de ParkX.
  • Mantiene el equipo en buen estado mediante mantenimiento regular y cuidado preventivo.
  • Reporta a la gerencia cualquier daño en el equipo.
  • Está disponible para trabajar los fines de semana y fuera del horario regular, especialmente durante eventos o períodos de alta actividad.
  • Comprende y promueve los objetivos corporativos, los valores fundamentales y las responsabilidades departamentales descritas en el organigrama de la empresa y el Manual del Empleado.
