You will install, maintain, and repair various plumbing systems under the direction of the Facilities Engineering department. - High School Diploma or GED
- Journeyman level license or equivalent certification
- 1st Grade Stationary Engineering from the City of Houston accepted
- Trade/Craft specific licensure or certification accepted
- 4 years of building maintenance experience preferred
- Valid Texas Driver's License preferred
- Ability to pass skill assessment established by the Facilities Engineering Department
