Plus $2.00 / hr shift premium for 3rd shift hours

Job Summary

  • Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs on all process equipment
  • Set up and change over packaging equipment as required
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment failures in a multi-skilled environment
  • Rebuild equipment and components routinely to ensure reliability
  • Modify and enhance equipment performance as needed
  • Provide technical assistance to production teams
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records and communicate effectively with team members
  • Operate all necessary tools, vehicles, and computers for troubleshooting and repair tasks
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop and toolbox
  • Participate in training programs to improve technical skills
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience maintaining automated industrial equipment or equivalent technical training
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic controls
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and product quality
  • Above-average mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude
  • Self-motivated, creative, and team-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Proficient in PC usage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience in general industrial maintenance
  • 1 year of experience with metal fabrication
  • Experience in installing automated equipment
