Concrete Finisher / Concrete Laborer

Overtime Available | Benefits Starting Upon Hire | Advancement Opportunities

Looking for steady concrete work with overtime, benefits, and opportunities to advance? We're hiring Concrete Finishers and Concrete Laborers to join a growing construction team focused on quality workmanship and long-term career growth.

This position is ideal for candidates with residential or commercial concrete experience who take pride in their work and want to develop their skills in the trade.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set, align, and inspect concrete forms

• Spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces

• Use hand and power tools including trowels, screeds, floats, and finishing equipment

• Create expansion joints and finish edges

• Perform concrete repair and surface preparation work

• Apply sealers, curing compounds, and waterproofing materials

• Assist with flatwork, foundations, and general concrete construction

• Maintain a safe and organized job site

• Work as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 months of residential or commercial concrete experience

• Experience with concrete finishing and form work preferred

• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the day

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
