Join a fast-growing team building the future! As a Commissioning Laborer, you'll play a hands-on role supporting utility-scale energy projects across the United States from installation to operation. Work outdoors assisting with wiring, panel connections, inverters, and turbine electrical systems, while supporting the team in troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring systems are safe and operational.
YOUR ROLE IN ACTION
  • Assist with finalizing electrical connections, panels, inverters, and turbine components.

  • Test, inspect, and troubleshoot solar and wind systems to ensure proper operation.

  • Keeping a safe and clean work environment

  • Other labor-related responsibilities

  • Working outdoors for extended periods of times in various weather conditions

TOOLS FOR THE JOB
  • The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos

Pay Range: $18.00- $25.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility
