  • Registered Nurses (RNs) - Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adults in a residential behavioral-health setting.
  • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) - Support patient treatment plans and assist with daily care needs.

Salary Information:
Registered Nurse (RN):
This is an hourly position covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union) , with a pay range of 13 on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours vary based on department needs.
  • Additional $1.50 per hour shift differential for 2 nd and 3 rd shift
  • Additional 10% pay Supplement ($3.34 per hour) for hours worked 2:30 pm - 7:00 am
  • Additional hourly retention supplements available for education and certifications up to 15%
  • Annual increases each year with an additional longevity supplement after 5 years of service
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
This is an hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union) , with a pay range of 10 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule Normal working hours vary based on department needs.
Police Officer:
This is an hourly position covered by the State of Ohio Unit 2 bargaining unit (union) , with a pay range of 10 on the Unit 2 Pay Range Schedule Normal working hours vary based on department needs.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN):
Requires current license as registered professional nurse in state of Ohio as issued by Board of Nursing per Section 4723.03 of Revised Code.
All eligible applications shall be reviewed considering the following criteria: qualifications, experience, education, and active disciplinary record.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
License to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse issued by Ohio Board of Nursing pursuant to Section 4723 Ohio Revised Code; MDS certification issued by ANNAC (i.e. American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination).
All eligible applications shall be reviewed considering the following criteria: qualifications, experience, education, and active disciplinary record.
