The Marketing Data Systems & Analytics Specialist connects One Nevada Credit Union's data infrastructure with marketing intelligence needs. This role blends data systems administration and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights that drive campaign performance, member growth, and ROI. The specialist manages marketing technology platforms, maintains integrations with core and digital banking systems, and ensures reliable, compliant marketing data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards tracking campaign performance, ROI, conversions, and cost metrics across all channels.
  • Conduct postcampaign analysis and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Support A/B testing, attribution analysis, and performance reporting for leadership and the board.
  • Develop member and nonmember segmentation and propensity models to improve targeting and crosssell.
  • Manage CRM, e-mail marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Maintain data integrations across Jack Henry Symitar, Q2, and related systems.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Generate targeted campaign lists and support campaign fulfillment.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance analytics, reporting, and insight generation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of data analytics experience, with at least 2 years in marketing analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Financial services or credit union experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and governance best practices.
