Job description

Overview/ Job Responsibilities

Position is contingent upon contract award and funding.

Entarian is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to be a Cybersecurity/RMF SME and support the US Space Force, Space Operations Command (SpOC), Space Delta 8. Space Delta 8 is the SATCOM war-fighting lead for the US Space Force and leads the operation, maintenance, and modernization of the Wideband Global SATCOM System (WGS) with points of presence located at multiple sites CONUS and OCONUS, providing the day-to-day operational support needed to manage DoD's satellite communications capabilities.

The ISSM will provide support in the execution cybersecurity and RMF accreditation activities and function as cybersecurity/RMF experts for Wideband SATCOM Operational Management System (WSOMS).

Salary range: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications
  • US Active Top Secret (or TS/SCI) level clearance (eligible for immediate adjudication by the cognizant security authority)
  • Bachelor of Science in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering or a related technical field field.

  • Minimum 6 years experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, or information security

  • 4 years experience supporting DoD RMF accreditation for Moderate or High impact systems

  • DoD 8140 / 8570-compliant cybersecurity certification (e.g. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager Manager (CISM), Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), CompTIA Security+)

  • On-site support shall be provided during local day shift at the Wideband C-SSE in Colorado Springs, CO during normal hours of operation (approx. 0730 - 1630 hours), 5 days a week, (excluding weekends and Government-recognized holidays.)
