What this job involves:

As an OVS Team Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Operational Video Support team through administrative coordination and asset management. This entry-level position focuses on maintaining accurate equipment records, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring our security hardware and audio-visual systems are properly documented and managed. You'll serve as a key liaison between our technical teams, clients, and external partners-conducting site walks to assess equipment needs, managing vendor relationships for quotations and scheduling, and keeping our CMMS database current and accurate. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees, and this role is essential to delivering the seamless service our clients expect. While this is not a technician position, you'll gain valuable exposure to security and A/V technologies while developing your organizational and customer service skills in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Foster an environment of teamwork, cooperation and performance excellence across the OVS team

  • Conduct site walks with clients to assess audio-visual and security hardware asset needs, then coordinate with vendors to obtain equipment quotations

  • Review and maintain CMMS asset data, including equipment records, preventive maintenance templates, and service documentation to ensure accuracy

  • Coordinate with vendors for scheduling service calls, requesting quotations, and processing invoicing

  • Support the OVS Manager and Team Lead in daily operations and administrative tasks as assigned

  • Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs to strengthen your skills

  • Ensure that team tools, parts, equipment, and supplies are purchased, organized, inventoried, and maintained in safe working condition

  • Manage receipt and delivery of vendor parts and supplies, maintaining organized storage areas

  • Attend weekly OVS team meetings and bi-weekly JLL account team meetings to stay informed and aligned

Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid California driver's license with clean driving record

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor

  • Customer service orientation with ability to interact professionally with clients and vendors

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely use ladders when needed

  • Capability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the workday

  • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred qualifications:
  • Previous experience or demonstrated interest in building maintenance, security systems, audio-visual technology, or related technical fields

  • Technical training from trade school, union apprenticeship program, military service, or relevant college coursework

  • Familiarity with CMMS or other asset management software platforms

  • Experience in vendor coordination, procurement, or inventory management

Estimated compensation for this position:

56,160.00 - 60,320.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
