CNC Programmer Opportunities (5-Axis Grinding, Milling, Millturn Lathe & Airfoil) - MULTIPLE OPENINGS Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00 pm
Pay Range: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
Location: Midland, GA
We are seeking experienced CNC programmers for several specialized roles in our advanced manufacturing facility. If you have expertise in 5-axis grinding, milling, millturn lathe or airfoil programming, and a strong background in aerospace production, we want to hear from you! Position Specializations & Requirements 5-Axis Grind Programmer
  • Programming in Unigraphics (NX) CAM
  • 5-axis grinding experience
  • Siemens 840D or similar controls
  • Grind tool applications knowledge
5-Axis Mill Programmer
  • Programming in Unigraphics (NX) CAM (multi-axis)
  • 5-axis milling experience
  • Heidenhain and/or Okuma OSP Controls
  • Cutting tool applications knowledge
Millturn Lathe Programmer
  • Programming in Unigraphics (NX) CAM
  • Unigraphics NX Machine tool "kits" (IS&V)
  • Turning inconel and titanium alloys
  • Okuma OSP Controls
  • Cutting tool applications knowledge
5-Axis Airfoil Programmer
  • Programming in GF Turbosoft or similar software
  • Milling inconel and titanium alloys
  • Heidenhain and Siemens controls

Common Requirements for All Roles
  • Experience with Vericut machine simulation
  • Probing cycles and typical probing routines for part production
  • Experience in Quality, Manufacturing and/or Engineering within the aerospace industry
  • Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Understanding of AS9100 procedures (Preferably P&W procedures)
