The Impact You Will Have
As the Vice President, Business Applications, you will define and lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of QTS's enterprise business systems portfolio. This includes Development & Construction, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM) and other core platforms that power the company's operations and customer experience.
You will unify systems and processes across the enterprise, ensuring applications are scalable, secure, and aligned to business priorities. Sitting at the center of technology delivery, you will partner closely with Enterprise Enablement, Process Excellence, Data & Integration, and business leaders to enable standardized processes, real-time insights, and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
  • Define and execute the enterprise business applications strategy aligned to company growth

  • Own lifecycle of Development, ERP, CRM, SCM, and HCM platforms

  • Lead large-scale system implementations and modernization initiatives

  • Partner with Enterprise Enablement and Process Excellence to align systems with standardized processes

  • Ensure data integration and real-time reporting capabilities

  • Establish governance frameworks and performance KPIs

  • Build strong executive and cross-functional relationships

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Business Applications team

  • Ensure reliability and continuous improvement of business-critical systems

What You Will Need to Be Successful: (Required Qualifications, Education, Experience, Certifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology or business systems leadership
  • 7+ years leading enterprise application environments
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Deep experience with Development, ERP, CRM, SCM, and HCM systems
