Company: Colonial Security Services (CSS)

Schedule: Rotating (days, nights, weekends, holidays)

Position Overview
Colonial Security Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Field Supervisor to oversee security operations, support officers in the field, and ensure all posts are properly staffed and compliant. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations & Reporting
  • Conduct site visits and complete Security Officer Inspection Reports
  • Train new officers and complete Training Checklists
  • Deliver uniforms and document via Uniform Delivery Reports
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and document fleet conditions
  • Issue Disciplinary Reports when necessary (uniform violations, attendance issues, etc.)
  • Ensure all reports are completed accurately using TrackTik

Dispatch & Scheduling Duties
  • Monitor attendance and ensure all officers are clocked in/out properly
  • Troubleshoot TrackTik issues and assist officers as needed
  • Identify and fill open shifts within a 48-hour window
  • Respond to call-outs and coordinate immediate coverage
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and trackers

Emergency Response & Coverage
  • Respond to and report dark posts immediately
  • Provide temporary coverage when needed and document billable hours
  • Communicate all emergencies to management in real-time

Shift Transitions
  • Conduct shift change procedures, including equipment and vehicle handoff
  • Complete Shift Change Reports
  • Ensure all company equipment is accounted for

What We're Looking For
  • Prior security, supervisory, or operations experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure
  • Comfortable using technology (TrackTik, scheduling systems, mobile apps)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

  • Rotating schedule (4-5 days per week)
