The Role
We are looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative who is a fast learner and passionate about helping others. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our customer experience, ensuring our members have the support and information they need to succeed in their wellness journeys.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide detailed product and service information while resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Account Management: Open and maintain customer accounts by accurately recording and updating information.
  • Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of customer complaints, select the best solution, and follow up to ensure total satisfaction.
  • Consultative Sales: Suggest additional products and services based on customer needs and questions.
  • Reporting: Collect and analyze customer information to prepare reports and recommend improvements to management.
  • Financial Processing: Maintain financial accounts by processing necessary customer adjustments.
Requirements
  • Language: Native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish (Required).
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Skills: Must be a fast learner with strong communication skills.
  • Presence: This is a 100% on-site position in Fort Lauderdale; remote work is not available.
