Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and integrate new features and functionality, or develop enhancements to existing application functionality.

Function as a team leader, providing direction to members of the development team including oversight and guidance to offshore teams

Support .Net applications defect fixes by maintaining SLA and priority standards

Delivers an integrated solution that meets the needs of the customer within the project scope and constraints.

Participate in engineering audits, design reviews and troubleshooting within the project team and the account team.

Should be completely hands on in coding and should be willing to code.

Qualifications

Possess 6-8 yrs. of experience developing applications using .NET web technologies and Oracle PL/SQL

Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

Ability to understand existing (and undocumented) designs, solutions, and applications, and apply that knowledge towards designing and implementing technical solutions

Has ability to work directly with the client, troubleshot issues and support deployment activities

Has excellent communication, sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills

Experience using Visual Studio

Experience in MS-SQL Server

Experience of working with production support/AMS engagement
