We are currently looking for a Senior Underground Wet Utility Estimator/Project Manager for an immediate position at our office in El Cajon, CA.


We are looking for an individual that meets the following requirements

  • HCSS Estimating Program experience preferred but not necessary
  • Knowledge in heavy equipment sizes, shoring techniques, productions/crew sizing for various conditions, ability to understand soils reports.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills. Represent the company well when dealing with clients.
  • Project Manage the project such as: job visits, client relations, change orders, RFI’s, letters, meeting minutes, and associated Project Management tasks
  • Experience with large multi-million dollar projects in the Private and Public sector.
  • Knowledge of various local agency specifications
  • Dry Utility estimating experience a plus, but not mandatory
  • Structural Concrete estimating experience a plus, but not mandatory
  • Local knowledge for who to call when you need a vendor, supplier, or subcontractor. Existing relationships with private owners and agencies preferred
  • Ability to create & update schedules in Microsoft Project
  • Work well with others
  • Proficient computer skills in Blue Beam, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter
  • Schedule is M-F in office

This is a salary position with competitive wages based on experience


Proficient Wet Utility Estimator with 3-7 years experience - $85,000-$140,000/year

Highly skilled Senior Wet Utility Estimator with 8+ years experience - $140,000-$180,000/year
