Doetsch Environmental Services is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as a Sewer Maintenance Laborer. No previous sewer industry experience is required—we provide comprehensive, paid on-the-job training to help you develop the skills needed for a successful career. You will operate specialized state-of-the-art equipment to inspect, clean, and maintain underground sewer infrastructure that protects our communities and the environment. Responsibilities:

  • Safely inspect, clean, and maintain municipal and storm sewer systems
  • Catch basin cleaning, large diameter sewer cleaning
  • Pipe inspection, water main jetting, in-pipe grout and concrete repair
  • Work in and around confined spaces using specialized safety equipment and procedures
  • Accurately document work performed, equipment used, and project information
  • Operate high-powered, state-of-the-art sewer cleaning and maintenance equipment
  • Maintain area and equipment cleanliness and organization
  • Work in a team setting to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on scheduled time
  • Follow all company safety policies and industry regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
