Job description

Breast Imaging Radiologist needed at UNC Nash Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC
UNC Health is currently seeking a full-time Breast Imaging Radiologist to work at UNC Health - Nash Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC- only 1 hour from Raleigh and The Triangle area.
This position will be a dedicated Diagnostic Breast Imaging Specialist and should be fellowship training or have extensive experience in breast imaging. The specialist will focus on the interpretation of breast imaging studies, including mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI, as well as perform image-guided breast procedures such as biopsies and localizations.
Position Information:
  • We are recruiting multiple radiologists to join the team at UNC Health Nash, including Interventional, Diagnostic/Procedural & Breast Imaging Radiologists.
  • Will perform procedures in the radiology department, as well as mammography & procedural work in the Breast Center.
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; dayshift only & no call schedule!
  • All work is 100% onsite and 100% breast, NO diagnostic work

Qualifications:
  • MD/DO
  • BC/BE in Breast Imaging Radiology, or Diagnostic/Procedural, with extensive experience performing breast procedural work.
