Unarmed Security Guard

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Pay Rate: $ 20 Per Hour

Contract: Long-term contract

Schedule: Night shift, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Experience: Security, law enforcement, or related experience preferred

About the Role

We are seeking Unarmed Security Guards for a long-term contract opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is responsible for institutional security support, facility patrol, access control, emergency response, incident reporting, and maintaining a safe environment for staff, visitors, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned facilities, monitor alarms and security systems, and identify safety or security concerns

• Control entry and exit by verifying identity, visit purpose, and authorization

• Respond to calls, assist during emergency situations, and report concerns to supervisors

• Communicate with law enforcement and internal teams when assistance or information exchange is needed

• Prepare and maintain incident reports, visitor logs, vehicle citations, and related security records

Requirements

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required

• Law enforcement, security, or related experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis

• Valid Driver’s License Required

• CPR Certification Preferred

• Data entry, personnel, and verbal communication skills required
