Job Summary
This positon is for current UM-Dearborn students only.
Assist JuMP/CMS staff with check-in and check-out of JuMP student video/audio equipment and inventory. Monitor and assist students using JuMP multimedia editing software. Assist faculty and staff with equipment setup as needed during class sessions. Provide video production assistance as needed for events contracted for Campus Media Services (CMS), including setup, teardown and camera operation.
Hours average 8-15 per week. Salary is $15.00 per hour. Position start date will be September 2, 2026.
Required Qualifications*
JuMP curriculum background desired but not required.
A confirmed federal work study award is also preferred.
Positions will be filled based on availability, reliability, and experience in video production (JuMP courses recommended).
Modes of Work
Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes .
