Inspects, maintains, and repairs specialized equipment and facilities to ensure property meets established standards.

Job Description:

  • Utilizes specialized equipment to repair and maintain complex machinery, equipment and facility property to prevent further damage and ensure optimal operation.
  • Performs routine and non-routine facility inspections.
  • Troubleshoots, escalates and documents issues according to established policies and procedures.
  • Researches and orders repair parts through the Housing storeroom process.
  • Repairs if possible and makes referrals to Supervisor as necessary.
