Job Summary
The Ultrasound Radiology/Vascular Sales Representative is responsible for driving direct sales growth across hospitals and imaging centers within an assigned U.S. territory. This field-based role focuses on expanding Mindray's ultrasound business by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating across product lines and departments to deliver customized solutions. The position plays a key role in achieving regional sales goals, supporting clinical demonstrations, and providing strategic feedback to influence product development for the North American market.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive direct sales growth in radiology and vascular departments across hospitals and imaging centers.
  • Build and manage customer relationships to expand market presence and identify new opportunities.
  • Partner with Point-of-Care (POC) representatives, Corporate and IDN Account Managers, and other divisions to coordinate sales strategies and maximize revenue.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and in-services in collaboration with ultrasound Clinical Application Specialists.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, demonstration reports, and territory updates to the Regional Manager.
  • Represent Mindray at regional and national ultrasound conferences and trade shows.
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely resolution of open orders, credits, and account balances.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Clinical teams to share market insights and customer feedback that shape future product enhancements.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of healthcare capital equipment sales experience; at least 5 years in ultrasound sales preferred.
  • Proven success in managing hospital and imaging center accounts, with strong clinical and technical understanding of ultrasound applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and competitive selling scenarios.
  • Self-driven, motivated professional with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and support in-field activities.
