Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

Our diagnostic imaging clinic at TELUS Health serves thousands of patients annually-from routine screening to complex imaging for acute conditions. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you'll be a key part of this clinical team, delivering high-quality diagnostic ultrasound that helps physicians make critical care decisions and get patients answers quickly.
You'll perform a variety of abdominal, pelvic, and superficial soft tissue ultrasound examinations under the direction and oversight of a Radiologist, working collaboratively to ensure accurate imaging and timely patient care.

This casual role offers scheduling flexibility that works for experienced technologists seeking part-time hours or those balancing other commitments-while still being part of a cohesive, collaborative clinic team.

  • Perform abdominal, pelvic, and superficial soft tissue ultrasound examinations in accordance with CMRITO guidelines and TELUS policies under radiologist direction
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed for each scan
  • Maintain current knowledge of PACS and follow quality assurance protocols
  • Collaborate with your supervising Radiologist to clarify imaging findings and support diagnostic interpretation
  • Coordinate with administrative staff to manage scheduling, patient flow, and clinic operations
  • Communicate with referring physicians regarding imaging results and next steps
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment in proper working order and ensure a clean, organized, safe workspace
  • Comply with patient safety, confidentiality, and infection control policies
  • Perform small clinical assessments (vision screening, audiometry, spirometry) as needed to support clinic operations-expanding your clinical skillset

  • Effective decision making skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a member of a dynamic team
  • Commitment to providing high quality patient care and customer service
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and ability to work well under pressure
