Job Summary: Ob/Gyn Ultrasonographer

Part time
We are seeking a skilled Ultrasonographer to join our medical team. The Ultrasonographer will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations to create images for interpretation by physicians.
Duties:

- Perform ultrasound procedures following established protocols within the office setting and as established by national guidelines.
- Operate ultrasound equipment to capture images of the patient's internal organs
- Analyze technical information and medical history to optimize imaging procedures
- Provide preliminary findings to physicians when necessary
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to patient confidentiality guidelines
-Provide a calm and safe atmosphere for patients
Requirements:

- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation using ultrasound technology
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques in ultrasound procedures
- Understanding of medical imaging principles and practices
Skills:

- Diagnostic evaluation - utilize ultrasound equipment to obtain high quality images
- Medical terminology
- Anatomy knowledge
- Physiology knowledge
- Aseptic technique
- Medical imaging experience - OBGYN ultrasound experience strongly preferred
-maintain accreditation and stay up to date on technical advancements in the field
