Job Description
The IT Business Systems Analyst will support on-boarding new customers, providing account support, providing access, using in house tools, and support data entry for reports.
Responsibilities
  • Supports IT leadership with planning IT projects, ensuring goals and objectives are met within an arranged time frame.
  • Interfaces with system support and logs technical assistance requests as needed.
  • Works with system support to resolve questions, problems, and enhancement requests.
  • Manages projects including the formulation and definition of systems scope based on user needs, a thorough understanding of the business systems, and industry.
  • Supports other departments, divisions, and organizations as a liaison to IT. Contributes to system development through the analysis of business requirements, business design, business development, client training, data conversion, testing and maintenance.
  • Prepares charts, diagrams, and recommendations for business solutions while ensuring conformity with other business areas.

Qualifications
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline plus generally four years of directly related experience.
  • Strong working technical and/or IT development experience.
  • Must be proficient in SQL, Microsoft tools,(Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Microsoft Power Apps

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $68,000 to $90,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
