Overview:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Advanced proficiency in Sketch - including symbols, shared libraries, nested symbols, and prototyping tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience creating responsive web and mobile designs
• Proficiency with design handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, InVision, or similar)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability heuristics is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes that clearly illustrate user interactions and product functionality
• Utilize Sketch to its full potential - creating and managing complex symbol systems, shared libraries, and responsive design templates
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
