Headquartered in the United States, TP-Link Systems Inc. is a global provider of reliable networking devices and smart home products, consistently ranked as the world’s top provider of Wi-Fi devices. The company is committed to delivering innovative products that enhance people’s lives through faster, more reliable connectivity. With a commitment to excellence, TP-Link serves customers in over 170 countries and continues to grow its global footprint.

We believe technology changes the world for the better! At TP-Link Systems Inc, we are committed to crafting dependable, high-performance products to connect users worldwide with the wonders of technology.

Embracing professionalism, innovation, excellence, and simplicity, we aim to assist our clients in achieving remarkable global performance and enable consumers to enjoy a seamless, effortless lifestyle.

Overview:

Our TP-Link, Tapo, and Kasa official websites are core to customer education, product conversion, and global brand credibility. Today’s team structure does not allow us to maintain high UX quality or manage large-scale redesign projects with agencies. For this role, we are looking for a true UI/UX web designer who can own website experience improvements, including user journey, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and working closely with developers to improve the overall website experience.

The Website UX/UI & Content Manager will:

  • Lead the end-to-end UX/UI quality of TP-Link, Tapo, and Kasa websites by defining page layouts, interaction patterns, navigation structures, and ensuring consistency across sites.
  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, and UX specifications that guide development teams on visual and functional requirements.
  • Lead large-scale website redesign projects, including scope, IA, UX strategy, and rollout
  • Review and approve agency deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards, usability principles, and business objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency by enforcing visual guidelines, tone-of-voice standards, component usage, and content structure across all web pages.
  • Oversee website content updates (product pages, campaigns, landing pages, support content)
  • Conduct UX audits, user behavior tracking, and analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor website performance and engagement metrics and create data-backed insights and recommendations for improving user engagement, content effectiveness, and conversion pathways.
  • Maintain and evolve internal documentation, including UX guidelines, component usage rules, content governance standards, and workflows.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a design-related field (UX/UI, HCI, Digital Media, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience).
  • 4–7+ years experience in web UX/UI or digital content management
  • Portfolio required showcasing high-quality desktop and mobile web experiences, including examples of redesign projects, landing pages, UX improvements, and visual design systems.
  • Proven ability to manage and elevate large-scale, consumer-facing websites, including multi-brand ecosystems.
  • Proven hands-on experience with major website redesign or rebuild projects
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality visual design with mastery of typography, layout, spacing, color systems, and modern interaction patterns.
  • Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design, ensuring premium experience across screen sizes and devices
  • Ability to interpret web analytics and engagement metrics (GA4, funnels, CTR, scroll depth, behavior patterns) to inform UX and content decisions.
  • Strong skills in Figma (wireframes, UX flows, design review)
  • Strong experience working with external agencies (UX/design/dev).
  • Strong CMS experience (WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, or similar)
  • Strong writing/editing skills for customer-facing digital content.
  • Ability to manage complex multi-brand websites and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer electronics or tech brands.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to evaluate feasibility.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals or web performance optimization.
  • Experience with design systems or multi-brand web ecosystems.

Benefits

Salary Range: $100K-$125K

  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (partial coverage for dependents)
  • Contributions to 401k funds
  • Bi-annual reviews, and annual pay increases
  • Health and wellness benefits, including free gym membership
  • Quarterly team-building events

At TP-Link Systems Inc., we are continually searching for ambitious individuals who are passionate about their work. We believe that diversity fuels innovation, collaboration, and drives our entrepreneurial spirit. As a global company, we highly value diverse perspectives and are committed to cultivating an environment where all voices are heard, respected, and valued. We are dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants, and we prohibit discrimination and harassment of any kind based on race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. Beyond compliance, we strive to create a supportive and growth-oriented workplace for everyone. If you share our passion and connection to this mission, we welcome you to apply and join us in building a vibrant and inclusive team at TP-Link Systems Inc.
