Role: Automation with UFT - TOSCA
Duration: Full TIme
Location: Houston, TX

Qualifications
Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred
Must have 4+ years of automation experience preferably in the usage of UFT tool along with Functional testing
At least have minimum 4 + years of relevant technology stream mentioned above.
Experience on one or more Automation tools
Experience working in Agile projects
Experience in usage of any Test Management Tool preferably TFS
Experience in Client interaction, should possess good communication skills
Analyze requirements to derive software quality control test cases and create traceability, identify & advocate QA testing standards & processes; write test cases/scripts based on defined business specifications; execute test cases while accurately & concisely report both progress & defect status.
Create partnerships with developers and business users in supporting defects analysis, reproduction & resolution; proactively work with product representatives, business analysts & developers during development to ensure quality, testable deliverable; must have working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.
Anchor testing requirements; develop test strategy, track & monitor project plans. Prepare solution delivery of projects.
Review test plans, test cases and test scripts.
Develop project quality plans, validate defective prevention plans.
Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Ability to communicate the status and progress to stakeholders when required
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
