Job description

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining positive account relationships by functioning as an in-store customer service contact in order to meet customer expectations and increase profits.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works directly with customers or through 3rd party teams to ensure adequate stocking levels of product are in accordance with stocking agreements and restocks will meet the demand timely.
  • Works directly with customers or through 3rd party teams to ensure that products have been set up properly and that purchase orders are in their proper place in an agreed upon timeframe
  • Works directly with customers or through 3rd party teams to ensure that purchase order confirmations are keyed accurately and confirmed back to the customer in a timely manner.
  • Conducts price comparisons and communicates information as required
  • Works store openings and special sales events as required
  • Prepares various reports and maintains records as required
  • Provide timely communication to the customer on order confirmations, pricing, lead times, deliveries, and backorders.
  • Performs other duties as required
  • In Office Work Setting Monday through Friday - Flower Mound TX

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • MSR experience preferred
  • Packaging experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications
