Job description

Position Summary

The Garment Sort & Repair Associate plays a critical role in the final stages of the garment production process. This position is responsible for sorting, organizing, bundling, inspecting, and repairing garments while ensuring all products meet quality standards before shipment. The associate serves as the final quality checkpoint before garments are placed on racks and prepared for customer delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sort garments accurately according to customer orders and production requirements.
  • Perform minor garment repairs as needed to ensure products meet company quality standards.
  • Bundle pants, shirts, and other garments according to established procedures.
  • Conduct detailed quality inspections of all garments before they are hung on racks.
  • Verify garments are prepared and staged at least three days in advance of scheduled delivery.
  • Read and verify UFA/RFID chips as the final step in the garment processing workflow.
  • Maintain accurate organization of garments throughout the sorting and staging process.
  • Identify and report quality issues, discrepancies, or damaged items.
  • Work closely with a team of three garment department associates to meet daily production goals.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications
