Receptionist

Overview

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Site Supervisor, the receptionist coordinates the daily patient flow including, but not limited to patient registration, patient authorizations, scheduling, co-payment posting and answers multiple telephone lines.

Qualifications

Education:

- Associates Degree Preferred

- Post High School Special Training

- High School Diploma/GED Required

Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:

- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years Medical Practice Front Desk experience required.

Electronic Health Record experience required

- Special Skills/Training: Experienced in dealing with the public, strong customer service skills; and age specific-care.
