2 procedure rooms, 1 UDS room, and 6 exam rooms.

Office Staffing: 2 NPs; 3 Medical Office Assistants, 6 clinical staff, 1 surgery scheduler, and 1 UDS technician
Procedures are done in the office: Vasectomy, prostate biopsies, cystoscopy with stent removal, prostate ultrasounds.
Procedures per day in the office: Varies
