Job description

Inspire Health Medical Group, affiliated with UCSF Fresno, has an excellent opportunity for a licensed full-time Physician Assistant in the Emergency Department (ED) at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) in Fresno, California. CRMC is the only Level 1 Trauma Center/Burn Center serving multiple counties in Central California and is a teaching institution with Residency programs in all of the major medical specialties, including Emergency Medicine and an Emergency Medicine PA Residency.

The CRMC ED is one of the busiest in California with significant patient pathology. Multiple resources are available, such as bedside ultrasound, language interpreters, case managers, social workers, full specialty support, and more. Physician Assistants practice in all areas of the ED, see a wide range of acuities, and perform advanced procedures. Emergency medicine faculty are leaders within EM:RAP, the American College of Emergency Physicians, and the Society of Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants. The department also has an active EMS, ultrasound, research, and wilderness medicine program. Numerous educational opportunities are available within the Emergency Medicine Residency.
