STORE MANAGER'S OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Number: 160
Salary: $18.50
Department: Store Operations
Days/Hours:
10-20 hrs/wk; Monday-Friday 730am-6:30pm; Saturday-Sunday 1030a-430p
Duties:
Provide professional and friendly customer service from the customer service office inside the UCLA Store. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting customers, and offering assistance. Operating cash registers and performing cash handling for special events. Provide general operational support to other store departments. Work on special projects as needed.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion and receipt of satisfactory results of a background check, continued Live Scan monitoring, and Employment Misconduct Disclosure.
Requirements:
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be detail oriented and able to work independently. Must be able to handle tasks in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. Basic computer skills are required. Must be able to lift up to 20lbs. Must be available for opening/closing shifts and have flexible availability.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
