Job Description:
  • Improve lives through fresh ideas, innovative approaches, and world-class care.
  • Join UC Health Parkview and the Hospital Medicine group as a board-eligible/certified Nocturnist.
  • Work full-time with a schedule of six-on-nine-off.
  • Physicians work 144 twelve-hour shifts per year as full-time employees.
  • Extra shifts are available for those seeking additional hours.
  • Provide care primarily at Parkview Medical Center (370 beds).
  • Night physicians support APPs covering patients at both locations.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team focused on mentoring and fostering success.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR system-wide for seamless patient management.
  • Closed ICU. Currently run by a Pulm/CC fellowship.
  • Be part of a physician-led medical group with nearly 1,600 physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Engage in shaping the future of healthcare through leadership and innovation.
Compensation and Benefits:  (to be discussed further at second interview)
  • The pay range for this full-time position is $252,000-$280,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
  • Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
  • Paid malpractice.
  • Generous continuing medical education (CME) allowance.
  • 403(b) with employer matching contribution; 457(b) voluntary option if eligible.
