Job Summary
The IT Manager is responsible for leading the organization's infrastructure operations, including Linux and Windows server environments, enterprise networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT support services. The role ensures high availability, performance, security, and scalability of IT systems while managing a team of system administrators, network engineers, and support personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
Manage and maintain Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
Oversee virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Ensure system uptime, performance, capacity planning, and disaster recovery readiness.
Lead server migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Network Management
Manage enterprise LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and Data Center networks.
Configure and monitor routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and network security appliances.
Monitor network performance, availability, throughput, and latency.
