Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a UAT Test Lead to oversee user acceptance testing processes. The role involves developing test scripts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with testing requirements to improve overall quality and effectiveness of UAT processes.
Responsibilities:
• Experienced in developing use cases and test scripts to validate data flow from end to end testing context.
• Differentiate between functional and user testing requirements and able to document UAT test scripts.
• Collaborate with business on continuous improvement in test coverage and represent business on effective test coverage.
• Collaborate with SQE, SRE and other cross functional teams on improving test coverage and traceability of UAT scripts
• Manage and maintain sharepoint usage for UAT testing.
• Design and develop data base end to end testing flows and queries to validate the data integrity
• Develop and Report the deviation/defects to requirements per feature team per release.
• Collaborate with feature teams to triage reported defects
• Follow the SDLC and STCL for each release cycle
• Manage specific JIRA dashboards to assist in defects triage
• Capture trends and RCA for overall qualitative improvements on UAT related defects
• Help in analyzing and triaging the UAT defect to determine the areas for improvements
• Devise automation process for automatically executing these UAT scripts in LLE and production for effective monitoring
• Identify/Contribute impact to release artifact versions across functional teams for LLE for Audit and Legal portfolio
• Develop metrics and trends on UAT issues which would assist in sustaining quality improvements.
• Provide daily compliance and test reports.
• Educating feature teams on how to adhere to test requirements and mitigate non-compliance risks.
• Ensure effectiveness and currency of test scripts to support effective UAT testing.
• Ensure test scripts are properly designed to identify all UAT requirements, workflows, user access and roles, exceptions and errors.
• Performs effective root cause analysis and obtains corrective action plans from lines of business.
• Provide daily compliance and test reports.
