If you're passionate about providing great customer service, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working independently, we want you on our team!

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive Pay: Earn between $19.50 - $22.50 per hour, with potential bonuses and incentives for performance. Guaranteed 10 hours of pay per day.
  • Great Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance for full-time employees after 30 days, plus paid time off and a 401(k) plan with a company match.

Job Description

As a Delivery Driver, you'll be a vital part of our operation, delivering packages safely and efficiently, helping customers to ensure that every delivery experience is top-notch. • Communication: Use handheld technology to track and confirm deliveries and promptly report any issues to management.
  • Safety: Follow all safety guidelines to ensure personal safety and package integrity.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old, with a valid driver's license (non-probationary).
  • Ability to operate a delivery van (10,000 lbs or less - does not require a CDL).
  • Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs (most packages are under 5 lbs).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be part of a team.

Additional Information

We're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused. If you have experience in delivery, driving, or customer service (e.g., FedEx, UPS, GrubHub, Uber), that's a plus—but it's not required! The most important thing is your enthusiasm to succeed, your positive attitude, and your desire to help others.

Additional Information:

  • Flexible Schedule: Full-time, 4 days a week. Part-time 2-3 days a week. 10-hour shifts, with at least 1 weekend day required.
  • Work Day: starting at 9:30 am and ending around 5:30-7:30 pm
  • Pay: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour, plus performance incentives.

Benefits:

  • 401(k) with a company match
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Referral program
  • Bonus/Incentive program
  • Guaranteed 10 hours of pay per day
