Job Details:

Monday - Friday- No WEEKENDS!

Hours - 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. approx.

Pay: $18.65 hour.

Job Description: This position is responsible for safe and sanitary food preparation and service while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all Tyson policies and procedures.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- Receive, handle, and rotate goods and inventory, ensuring proper inventory controls and managing food pars.

- Interact with food vendors and place orders as needed.

- Operate the point of sale system, manage guest relations, and provide excellent customer service.

- Maintain food action stations and ensure equipment care.

- Perform routine and daily cleaning duties as assigned.

- Undertake other duties as assigned to support the team and operations.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

**Communication Skills:**

- Enhanced verbal communication skills to actively participate in guest relations and overall customer satisfaction.

- Ability to interact with all levels of Tyson Foods Team Members.

**Special Skills:**

- Proficiency in all aspects of daily operations, including culinary techniques, operational processes, and equipment usage.

- Strong self-guidance and ability to identify priority items and demonstrate effective time management.

- Ability to read, comprehend, expand, and reduce standard kitchen recipes.

- Assist in the development of new recipes in collaboration with management.

- Understand established food safety risks and best practices.

- Basic math skills and understanding of measurements and currency.

Rehire Consideration:

  • Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.

  • 180 days (6 months) waiting period.
