4Life is looking for a Content Creator & Design Assistant — a great first role for a recent graphic design graduate looking to build real-world experience. You'll help support content and design creation in-house across social media, email, internal, and other design formats, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Sr. Designer. This role is designed to give a junior designer hands‐on experience across multiple areas of marketing, with mentorship and feedback built into the workflow.

Job Functions: Create social media graphics, carousels, and story templates for Instagram and Facebook, plus resize content across platforms Design email and blog assets, including layouts and graphics that are on‐brand, polished, and easy to read Produce internal materials such as promotional banners and other assets as needed Follow established brand guidelines and templates while bringing creative perspective and ideas to the work

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or coursework in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field a plus A portfolio (school projects, personal work, or internships) showing a good eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking feedback Good communication and writing skills

Bonus: familiarity with AI design tools (Firefly, Gemini)

Bonus: familiarity with CapCut or other video editing tools

Bonus: Spanish language skills (content is created for both English and Spanish‐speaking audiences)
