  • Perform manual tube testing (ABO/Rh typing) using LISS and PEG methodologies.
  • Conduct complex antibody identification and elution studies.
  • Perform immediate spin and Coombs crossmatching.
  • Investigate and resolve ABO typing discrepancies.
  • Manage Quality Control (QC) procedures and documentation.
  • Utilize Epic and SafeTrace systems (training provided).
Required Qualifications:
  • Active MLS certification (ASCP or AMT).
  • Strong expertise in manual blood bank testing, antibody workups, and blood typing resolutions.
  • Solid understanding of transfusion medicine and excellent attention to detail.
