Position Summary
The Corporate Receptionist represents the company in a professional, personable manner. This position will greet customers, clients, suppliers, employment applicants, and other visitors. The Receptionist Coordinator will also handle incoming telephone calls and assist with various functions in the Facilities Department.
Job Duties/Essential Functions
  • Operates Cisco phone system and directs callers or guests/employees to destination; answers inquiries.
  • Greets visitors and guests in the reception area.
  • Collects and distributes mail and messages to the appropriate person.
  • Arranges bookings of MPR and Budget rooms.
  • Maintains accurate and organized files.
  • Performs a variety of clerical duties including typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Assists Security tasks when assigned.
  • Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location.

Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery.

Experience, Skills, Education & Licenses/Certifications
Required:
  • Proficient skills in Google applications, Word, Excel, and 10 key; able to type up to 30 wpm; Skills test will be given on Google Sheets, Calendar, Contacts, Intranet usage, and typing test.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Proven ability to successfully function with minimal supervision.
  • A team player, e.g. reliable, dependable, meets deadlines, keeps their word, provide consistent quality work.
  • Willingness to help with other designated tasks as needed.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to relate to employees at all levels.
  • Ability to rapidly prioritize a variety of tasks and take appropriate action.
  • Experience in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment in order to perform clerical tasks.
  • Able to establish and maintain courteous and effective working relationships.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to details.
  • Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
