  • Serve as rchitect to design, customize, and implement IT solutions for wholesale brokerage platforms within the organization.

  • Develop an understanding of existing client IT applications while actively searching for improvement areas.
  • Streamline workflows and process optimization by implementing inventive technical solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders, updating them on IT development processes and costs.
  • Deep hands-on experience with multiple development approaches, pattern and architecture means to implement solution. Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.
  • Work closely with business leads and product owners to understand solution requirements and identify architectural patterns.

Required Skills:
  • Familiarity with a variety of both legacy and modern coding languages, frameworks, and patterns.
  • Solid experience working in Agile environment. Both Scrum and Kanban.
  • Solid Understanding of Web applications, cloud managed services, service-oriented architecture (SOA) solutions, microservices, containers, API development and managed databases
  • Hands on experience designing and developing new features.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, Service Now, ITIL tools and process framework
  • Experience presenting and interacting with CXO Level executives.
Required Education/Experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • 18+ years professional development and applications architecture experience.
