Job Title: Design System Engineer (UI/UX Engineer)
Location: Sunrise, FL (hybrid 3 days onsite)
Duration: Long term contract
Key Skills: UI/UX, React and JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, web accessibility (WCAG standards, ARIA, semantic HTML), component testing
Required
  1. 10+ years of experience working with React and JavaScript/TypeScript
  2. Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices
  3. Proven experience building reusable components and scalable front-end architectures
  4. Solid understanding of web accessibility (WCAG standards, ARIA, semantic HTML)
      1. Experience with component testing (e.g. unit, visual, accessibility testing)
      2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality UI implementation
      3. Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Nice to Have
  • 2+ years working on design systems, component libraries, or pattern libraries
